Amy Pascal and David Heyman to Produce Next James Bond Film

Amazon MGM Studios has appointed Amy Pascal and David Heyman, known for their work on the Spider-Man and Harry Potter franchises, as producers for the next James Bond movie.

The move marks Amazon’s first major decision since taking full creative control of the 007 franchise last month. Pascal and Heyman will oversee key aspects of the film, including casting the next James Bond, selecting a director, and setting the production timeline.

Pascal, a former Sony Pictures executive, played a role in the release of Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, and Skyfall during her tenure. Heyman, best known for producing all eight Harry Potter films, has also worked on Gravity, Paddington, and Barbie.

Their appointment fuels ongoing speculation about Daniel Craig’s successor, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Henry Cavill, and Theo James rumored to be in the running. The last Bond film, No Time to Die (2021), grossed $775 million worldwide.
