2026 World Cup Qualifier: Super Eagles to Fly Directly to Kigali for Rwanda Clash

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will travel directly to Kigali, Rwanda, from their respective club bases ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Amavubi of Rwanda.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday, March 21. Nigeria will open camp for the encounter on Sunday, March 16, as preparations intensify for the important fixture.

Following their clash with Rwanda, the Super Eagles will return to Nigeria to face the Warriors of Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on March 25.

Nigeria is yet to secure a victory in the qualifiers, with three draws and one defeat so far. The upcoming matches are seen as vital for the team’s hopes of securing a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
